Bavli Park
At Bavli Park, FaZa created a first-of-its-kind real estate purchasing experience in the form of an experiential "pop-up park" for potential buyers. The project was designed with the goal of creating emotional value in the real estate purchasing experience, replacing traditional sales offices by creating an environment that simulates the actual living experience. During 30 days of intensive construction, three large glass buildings were built, incorporating carefully curated art and cultural works to create a multi-sensory and inspiring experience. The meetings with clients held in the park proved that the experiential concept succeeds not only in increasing sales but also in maintaining high brand value for the real estate brand.
